My Thoughts-

I have always had difficulty sleeping, so when my daughter Melissa asked me to try and review the product I was happy to. I did not have any medical problems.  I checked out the ingredients and they seemed safe so I gave it a try. At first I was turned off by the dark color and the smell but it tasted better than it looked. It was not gritty and it tasted like an apple/grape flavor. The instructions said that it was important to devote 7 hours for sleep. I did just that and I woke up refreshed. I  had no hangover feeling like many other products that I had tried. There were some nights that I had a lot on my mind and the product did not work as well. Overall, I am impressed with the results of the product. It is recommended for adults only. So would you like to try some for yourself? Just enter my contest.
